This site collects one thing, for one purpose. This page says what, and what happens to it.

What we collect

If you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect the email address you type in. That is the only personal information this site collects.

What it is used for

Sending you the newsletter. Nothing else. The address is not sold, rented, shared, or used to build a profile of you.

Where it is stored

The form is processed and stored by Netlify, the company that hosts this site. If we later move the list to a dedicated email service, this page will be updated to name it before that happens.

What we do not collect

Reading this site leaves no record with us unless you allow it. No cookies are set and no analytics run until you say yes on the consent banner; if you do, Google Analytics 4 collects anonymous page-view statistics with every advertising flag permanently denied. Decline — or browse with Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track enabled — and nothing loads and nothing is set. Every cookie is named, with its lifetime, in the Cookies Policy.

Leaving the list

Every newsletter email carries an unsubscribe link. You can also write to editor@regulatorynews.com and we will delete your address — from the list and from the form records.
