What this site is

Regulatory News is independent reporting on regulatory affairs in the life sciences — what changed, and what it means. It is free to read and published for information. Use it freely.

Reporting, not advice

Nothing here is legal, regulatory, or professional advice, and reading it creates no client relationship of any kind. Our stories describe agency actions as the primary record stated them on the day we published; agencies revise, courts intervene, and deadlines move. Before acting on anything reported here, confirm it against the primary source — every story links to it for exactly that reason.

Accuracy, and its limits

Every claim we publish is sourced to the primary record — the register notice, the guidance document, the agency announcement itself. We take that seriously; it is the entire point of the site. But we make mistakes like everyone else, and when we do, we say so plainly: see how corrections work here. We cannot accept liability for decisions taken on a story that has gone out of date, and we do not warrant that any story is complete or current.

Trade marks and content

Agency names, company names, and product names belong to their owners and are used to report on them. The wording of this site, its design, and its editorial choices are ours; the underlying facts — dates, dockets, decisions — belong to nobody and you are welcome to them. Please do not scrape the site wholesale; ask instead.

We link to the primary record wherever it lives — agency sites, registers, court filings. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
