Therapeutic areas
Regulatory decisions land in a clinical context. The same accelerated pathway reads differently in oncology, where it was built, than in a rare disease with forty patients and no natural-history data.
So this is the list: the therapeutic areas we watch, what each one covers here, and what we have published on it. Where we have covered an area, its stories are here. Where we have not, it says so.
Regulatory News tracks 24 therapeutic areas. 22 of them have published coverage on this site — 92 stories between 16 July 2026 and 24 September 2026 — and every entry below says what the therapeutic area covers and either lists that coverage or states plainly that we have none yet. Each story behind these counts is sourced to the primary record and edited by Connor Griggs. Last updated 24 September 2026.

A note on how these are assigned
A therapeutic area here describes what a story is ABOUT, not a claim about a product’s label. These groupings follow the estate’s shared vocabulary, so an area means the same thing on this site as it does anywhere else in the ecosystem.
